Capitalizt provides immediate access to digital content, including (but not limited to):

Stock sheets and investment frameworks

Recorded lessons and resources

Community access and live sessions (where applicable)
Because this content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law.
Consumer Rights (UK & EU)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases unless:

You explicitly consent to losing your right to cancel once access begins
By purchasing a Capitalizt subscription or product, you:

Acknowledge that this access begins straight away

Agree that your statutory right to cancel is waived once access is provided

No Refunds After Access
Once access to the Academy, stock sheets, or community has been activated:

Refunds are not available

Partial use, non-use, or change of circumstances does not qualify for a refund

Market performance, investment outcomes, or personal expectations are not grounds for a refund
